Old Sawmill District Development

Old Sawmill District: A long-term vision brought to life.

Background
A monumental Missoula neighborhood development project, decades in the making, emerges from the city-center of Missoula, Montana transforming the landscape and bringing with it a bustling, renewed energy. The Old Sawmill District (OSD) was once home to a sawmill with deep family roots. OSD Development has carefully preserved the history and legacy of the property’s former purpose while offering much-desired housing, shopping, and more amenities to downtown, riverfront Missoula.

Challenge
Several buildings have been constructed, each appealing to a different demographic. times2studio has created several of the neighborhood’s logos and identities with corresponding marketing materials to fit each unique piece of the development.

Results
Interest, community engagement, and new construction continue to create housing, shops, and attractions for the neighborhood. Several buildings are approaching completely sold and that trend isn’t slowing down. Photos below highlight one neighborhood property: Cambium Place, a high-end project offering both short- and long-term luxury residences with premium amenities.

times2studio has done an incredible job of creating marketing materials that help capture the spirit and feeling of our development. They show the bricks and mortar of what we have to offer, but more importantly, their materials resonate the lifestyle that will accompany high-density urban living in a beautiful river park and trail environment. Todd’s and Amy’s creativity is refreshing … They are an integral part of our success!
